If there are any problems with the watercraft, length of float or pick up times, I will email
you ASAP and see if we can get it worked out.
If it is raining on the morning of your float, you are not required to honor your reservation and will
receive a full refund. You may cancel your reservation by email, phone or text message for any
reason up until 24 hours before your pick up time and date and receive a full refund.
If you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance and do not show up, you will not be eligible for a
refund.
If you are late for your pick up time, we reserve the right to shorten your float to whatever length
we see fit. If you are more than 1 hour late, you will be considered a no show and will not receive a
refund.
We will pick you up for your float at the Murphy's Place Pavilion. This is also where your
take out point will be, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. All
equipment, including paddles, cushions and life jackets must be accounted for at time of take out.
If you miss your take out point, you will be charged for an additional float. If your float takes more
than 10 hours from time of pick up, you will be charged $1.00 per minute for the additional time.
Sales tax of 6.475% will be added to the cost of your float.

Upon receiving this form, Murphy's Place will
email you an invoice. To complete your floating
reservation, please follow the available link on
the invoice to pay for your float. Your reservation
is not complete until your payment is received.

|
|
By submitting this form, you agree to the above terms and assume
full responsibility for all rental equipment issued to you or your group,
and to pay for any replacement or repairs necessary to return
equipment to its original condition.
