If there are any problems with the watercraft, length of float or pick up times, I will email
you ASAP and see if we can get it worked out.
You will not be charged for your float until the morning of your departure. If it is raining on the
morning of your float, you are not required to honor your reservation. You may cancel your
reservation by email for any reason up until 48 hours before your pick up time and date.
If you do not cancel by email and do not show up, you will be charged for your float.
If you are late for your pick up time, we reserve the right to shorten your float to whatever length
we see fit. If you are more than 1 hour late, you will be considered a no show and be charged
accordingly.
We will pick you up for your float at the Murphy's Place Pavilion. This is also where your
take out point will be, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. All
equipment, including paddles, cushions and life jackets must be accounted for at time of take out.
If you miss your take out point, you will be charged for an additional float. If your float takes more
than 9 hours from time of pick up, you will be charged $1.00 per minute for the additional time.
Sales tax of 6.475% will be added to the cost of your float.
A valid credit card is required as security for your reservation and equipment return.
Your card will be charged on the morning of your float, unless you have appropriately
cancelled by email or made arrangements to pay cash when you are picked up.

By submitting this form, you agree to the above terms and assume full responsibility
for all rental equipment issued to you or your group, and to pay for any replacement or
repairs necessary to return equipment to its original condition.
