Murphy’s Place LLC Policy



Payment Policy:   We require full payment  at the time of
booking. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, your
payment will be refunded minus a $50.00 processing fee.



Weekend and Holiday Minimums:  All weekend bookings
require a 2 night minimum stay. All holiday bookings from
Memorial Day through Christmas require a 3 night minimum
stay.



Pets:  Pets are allowed at Murphy’s Place.  There is a $50.00
charge per pet per stay. Pets are not allowed on beds or
furnishings and must be kept leashed while outdoors. Pets are
required to be treated with Frontline Plus, Advantage or a
similar flea and tick product 1 week to 3 days prior to your
arrival. Please do not leave pets unattended inside or on porch.



No Smoking Policy:  We ask that our guests do not smoke in
our vacation cabins. If you wish to smoke outside on the
covered porches, that is fine. Please make sure cigarette butts
are placed in the outside trash.



Check-In Time:  Our check-in time is 3:00 pm. If you intend to
arrive before 3:00 pm, please notify Murphy’s Place. We will
make every effort to have your lodgings available for you.



Check-Out Time:  Our check-out is 11:00 am. A late charge of
$100.00 will be charged for cabins that are not vacant after 11:
00 am and full rate after 3:00 pm. Fees will be waived with any
pre-approved late checkout.



Property Damages:  You are responsible for leaving the guest
house in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was
found when you arrived. Soiled linens should be placed in the
bath tub. Dishes must be washed and put away. Trash should
be bagged and placed just outside the front door. The
registered guest will be held responsible for any and all
damages to the guest house found during or after your
departure. This property is privately owned and operated. We
reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We assume no
responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests, pets or vehicles
