Before making reservations, please
read the Murphy's Place Rental Agreement.
To reserve a cabin or cabins, fill out the form below and
click Submit. You should receive an invoice by email within
12 hours that contains a link for making a secure on line
payment. Once your payment is received I will send an
email with detailed directions to the cabin or cabins that
you have booked.
NOTE* Your reservation in not complete until payment is
received. If you do not receive your confirmation email
including directions within 48 hours of payment, please call

Upon receipt of this completed form, Murphy's Place
will email an invoice to the address provided above.
The invoice will provide a link for secure on line
payment. Your reservation will not be complete until
your payment is received. After completion of your
payment, Murphy's Place will email detailed
directions and instructions for getting inside your
cabin. If you do not receive directions within 48
hours of payment, please call Crystal @ (573)259-9309.
Before your arrival, a valid credit card number must
be provided by phone as a security deposit to
Murphy's Place. If there are no damages or other
charges incurred during your stay, your card will not
be charged.

BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE
RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR MURPHY'S PLACE LLC, that
I AM AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE AND UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL BE HELD
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL CARE OF THIS PROPERTY BEING RENTED
UNDER MY NAME. I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OR EXTRA
CLEANING CHARGES, SHOULD THEY BE DISCOVERED DURING MY STAY OR
AFTER MY DEPARTURE.
