| Murphy’s Retreat Murphy’s Retreat is a 3 bedroom house overlooking the Meramec River. With 1 and ½ baths, 1 queen bed, 2 full size beds and 2 twin beds, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Bed linens and towels for the house are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped. The large wood burning fireplace makes the living room a cozy place to gather and the screened in porch with a fantastic view of the river is a great place to sip your morning coffee. Bring your binoculars to watch the wildlife. At Murphy’s Retreat you will find: *Fresh Linens *Fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee pot, blender, toaster, range with oven, microwave, dishes, etc.) *Bedroom one – queen bed and twin bed *Bedroom two – full size bed *Bedroom three – full size bed *Fold out twin sofa in living room *DirecTV *VCR and some tapes *Washer and Dryer *Hair Dryer *Iron and ironing board *Jetted tub *BBQ pit on patio (bring your charcoal and lighter fluid) The rates for Murphy’s Retreat are $250 per night with a two night minimum. This includes access to the river and use of the pavilion, which are located just off the hill from the house. We have recently finished the basement at Murphy's Retreat. It is set up with a queen log bed, a queen sleeper sofa and a full bath. It rents with the Retreat for an additional $100 per night. |
